6. TRACKING YOUR ORDERS
Once you have placed your orders through this website and payment has been successfully completed, we will confirm that we have received the order by sending a confirmation email to the contact email address that you supplied. After which, orders will be processed by our pharmacy dispensing team within the 24 to 48-hour window, provided that complete accurate details have been submitted and products/medicines are in-stock. We do not however guarantee same day delivery in any instance, especially during holidays or peak hours of the day.

7. CANCELLING OR REVISING YOUR ORDERS
While we believe that our customers have the right to change their mind anytime at their sole discretion, we highly encourage you to do the following steps before confirming your orders with us to avoid unnecessary revisions or cancellations:

9. PAYMENT METHODS
Our online Totalcare Pharmacy E-commerce website accepts Credit /Debit Card and Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
In providing payment card details, you confirm that you are at least (18) years of age and authorized to use the card and authorize us, or our payment service provider, to take payment in full for the items you purchased and any other fees and charges associated to your purchase that becomes due and demandable to us under these terms and conditions.
Purchases through payment cards that has not been paid in full shall be automatically cancelled.
