Returns Policy terms & conditions:
- Requirements:
- All change and exchange process will be done at the Total care Pharmacy branches.
- Item must be in its original & unopened/sealed packaging & in re-sellable condition.
- Present original sales receipt.
- All items under promotion & free gift items in good condition, should be included in the return.
- Present the credit/ debit card used in the payment.
- Full refund within seven (7) days from date of purchase for regular-priced items with manufacturing defect or not in conformity with prescribed standard specifications.
- Exchange for regular-priced items returned within fourteen (14) days from date of purchase.
- Exchange for items on promotion or sold at reduced price returned within three (3) days from date of purchase.
- Exchange for damaged electrical items under warranty if damage was not due to customer fault or mishandling.
- Not accepted for return or exchange:
- All medicine products, food products & baby milk.
- Pharmaceutical dermo-cosmetics & cosmetics.
- Items stored in the fridge under 8 ̊ C.
- Personal use items & wearables like supports & socks.
- Sprays, aerosols, inhalers & inhaler devices.
- Used wheel chairs & walking aids/ supports.
- Damaged electrical items beyond the warranty period.
- Mode of refund for returned items:
- Items paid in cash – refund in cash.
- Items paid using credit card or debit card – refund by bank to the same credit card account.
