Returns Policy terms & conditions:


  1. Requirements:
  1. All change and exchange process will be done at the Total care Pharmacy branches.
  2. Item must be in its original & unopened/sealed packaging & in re-sellable condition.
  3. Present original sales receipt.
  4. All items under promotion & free gift items in good condition, should be included in the return.
  5. Present the credit/ debit card used in the payment.
  1. Full refund within seven (7) days from date of purchase for regular-priced items with manufacturing defect or not in conformity with prescribed standard specifications.
  2. Exchange for regular-priced items returned within fourteen (14) days from date of purchase.
  3. Exchange for items on promotion or sold at reduced price returned within three (3) days from date of purchase.
  4. Exchange for damaged electrical items under warranty if damage was not due to customer fault or mishandling.   
  5. Not accepted for return or exchange:
  1. All medicine products, food products & baby milk.
  2. Pharmaceutical dermo-cosmetics & cosmetics.
  3. Items stored in the fridge under 8 ̊ C.
  4. Personal use items & wearables like supports & socks.
  5. Sprays, aerosols, inhalers & inhaler devices.
  6. Used wheel chairs & walking aids/ supports.
  7. Damaged electrical items beyond the warranty period.
  1. Mode of refund for returned items:    
  1.  Items paid in cash – refund in cash.
  2. Items paid using credit card or debit card – refund by bank to the same credit card account.
