Elna is a prescription medication that belongs to a class of medications known as a corticosteroid. It is a moderately potent topical corticosteroid that has anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive properties.
Usage directions
Apply thinly to the affected area without occlusive dressings. Wash hands after application. Therapy should be discontinued when control is achieved.

Mometasone 0.1%.
Caution
Avoid applying to the eyes, face, underarms, and groin (including the diaper area). Consider reassessment with your doctor if no improvement is seen within 2 weeks.
Warnings
If there is atrophy at the treatment location, do not use it. Use with caution in patients with a history of local hypersensitivity to other corticosteroids. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should inform their doctor. During pregnancy, it is generally suggested to use the least potent substance in small doses. Corticosteroids of mild to moderate potency are chosen.
